I had an amazing first experience with Meds pharmacy! My prescription is normally over 100$ at CVS. My doctor recommended I check Meds out because they have better cash prices and they do! I am now paying 18$ for my medication and they delivered it to me in queens for free. Super friendly and convenient! Can’t look at any other pharmacy anymore!

Meds pharmacy has been amazing so far! Ever since I switched over, they have been on top of their game and provided with really good service. Deliveries come straight to my house, and sometimes to my office if I need to switch. I also downloaded their app and get notifications when my script is ready. They are truly a full service pharmacy. Highly Recommend! Update! Meds Pharmacy recently released a Travel Kit with all the most important medications and wow its a lifesaver. There is a medication for almost every possible scenario. I travel alot, and to different countries, so now this kit comes with me everywhere! Yes, you would need your doctor to prescribe it for you but it's so worth it! Ask the Pharmacy how to get one.

Just had my first experience with Meds pharmacy and I'm really impressed! The ordering process was straightforward, and the delivery was fast and efficient. The medication arrived well-packaged and exactly as ordered. I'm really happy with the service and would definitely use them again. Great job, Meds pharmacy! Five stars!

This is my first experience with Meds Pharmacy and I must say it’s top notch. My delivery was on time they update you step-by-step when they were arriving and most of all the delivery person was very professional and courteous

The level of customer service I recieved here was unlike anything I've experienced before. They asked me questions and worked with me to solve my problems. No robots, no wait time, incredible. We didn't even solve my problem, but thats okay because it was a great experience.

Cannot say enough positive things about Meds Pharmacy. I was almost hesitant to leave a review as I didn’t want to have others knowing about them. All things aside from their customer service via phone, online and in person to getting prescriptions filled and ability to speak with front desk or pharmacy - it is the only pharmacy where I have not once left or hung up still confused, frustrated or annoyed. Everyone is extremely friendly knowledgeable, transparent and organized. They will quickly connect you with correct person if they are not appropriate party to speak with. Everything is seamless and it honestly seems too good to be true. As I hope they’ll be able to stick to this high quality service as they grow. When you call - there is never a hold time and if there is it’s a matter of seconds. The store itself is easily located near my gym and is clean, relaxed and never a wait time. If so they have comfortable seating and seltzer or flat water for you to enjoy while waiting (max 5 minutes tops). You can choose to have delivery or pick up depending on convenience to proximity of where you live. The pharmacists understand various situations that are out of everyone’s control in terms of supply and demand. And personally work with you doing everything they can to fulfill your order. While not family owned you get a family owned vibe or relationship from every level of staff who works there. Ed and Mark are extremely friendly, work with you and will explain what’s going on with something, extremely transparent and friendly at the same time. No one is trying to push you out the door or provide short confusing answers to your questions. Let alone look miserable working for the larger pharmacies as I’ve experienced at the two dominant pharmacies/stores that are on every block where volume not customer relationship is their priority and business model. Highly highly recommend. A definite hidden gem.
